I tend to think that engagement is more of a feeling. Engagement is believing (or hoping) you found your peeps.
Little unexpected jolts can be exciting in small quantities, but when overused, they overwhelm us.
When members have conversations that solve problems, it’s a pity to keep that knowledge locked away in a breakout group. We’ve got to find ways to capture and understand the best ideas so these ideas can be used for the good of the community.
Levels of happiness, joy, and contentment are due, in large part, to perceptions. And perceptions are super malleable.
