Who Are the Stephanies in Your Association?

who-are-the-stephanies-in-your-association

After spending time with my friend Stephanie I feel like I’m funny, smart and successful. Why? Well, she is an adder not a detractor. She listens carefully because she is in the moment focusing on our conversation. She is wickedly funny, smart and successful in her own right. She is a cheerleader without a trace of jealousy. She disagrees in the most kind and respectful manner which gets me thinking in new ways.

I hope everyone has their own “Stephanie”. Someone who pushes them to try harder. Someone who supports them when things do not go well at all. Someone who tamps down our imposter syndrome feelings.

Think about what would happen to your member’s experience if we could identify all the “Stephanies”, nurture or train more “Stephanies” and put them where they will have the most interaction with other members.
