Most of us think we are born with particular strengths and weaknesses and there’s not much we can do about it. But new brain science tells us nearly everything is malleable. We can change even something like our leadership style.
What is it that makes the best leaders, the best? What about the best writers? Speakers? Strategists? Planners? Is it something they are born with? No, I don’t think so. It is something else. Something accessible to all of us.
