Duration and Communication-Type

We expect texts to be super short. A good voicemail takes no more than 30 seconds.  Emails should be quick to read but longer than texts. Short articles can take just a little bit longer. A phone or Zoom conversation will last even longer. We will allow even more time for an in-person conversation.

When you communicate to members, conform to the expected time norms unless it is far more engaging than to.
