You Have Permission to Try New Things… Even Wacky, Silly Things

If your pool noodle knocks someone else’s pool noodles, it means you are closer than 6 feet. You may have seen the article about a German cafe that passed out pool noodle hats to help customers keep their distance.

Pool noodle hats are a clever (and silly) solution to a real-world problem. People want to get out  and be social, but they also want to be safe. The adaptations that we are seeing now would be unthinkable 4 months ago.

“Been there done that”, is out the window. This is your free ticket to experiment. Try new things that might work. Try things you tried before. Your members are granting you some leeway right now to flounder around on their behalf. So what if this one experiment does not work? Try again.
