Experiences You Cannot Measure Might Matter More

Sometimes the things we cannot measure matter most to members. The smile you use when you greet them. The email sent to introduce one member to another or the phone call you made to see how a new member is doing.

Organizations tend to focus on what is measured particularly when under stress. Do not forget about all the critical things you do that you can not measure, but your members can!
