The Select Group Within Our Membership That We Need to Get Closer to

There is an extraordinary group of members in your membership. They are the innovators. They understand the problems in the industry or profession. They are acutely aware of the pressures from technology, regulations, and consolidation. Many members are riding out the storm, but not this group. This group wants to be part of the solution. They are our innovators.

Our innovators may not have the solution. Or they may be testing options. Or they may want to discuss issues and solutions with other innovators. Innovators are curious; they are keen to adapt other’s successes to their situation. Innovators tend to want to share what they have tried, what worked, and what did not.

The innovators are precisely the group that will help us uncover future trends. They are poised to shape the industry. They are the perfect group to work with on the association’s mission. We need to connect with these innovators.

Innovators strive. They will work toward their goals. They want to find other innovators. They will find each other with our without our association.
