We Choose What Kind of Association We Want to Be

someone or everyone?We can choose:

  • fact-based marketing or brand stories that connect.
  • handing out bags and badges or a warm welcome at our conference.
  • to obsess about the top benefits members love now or we can start learning about emerging problems and work to solve those problems.
  • sending an invoice as a renewal notice or fun, clever, personalized messages to remind members it is time to renew.
  • a more secure now or a better future.

What we, the staff, choose to do directly influences what our associations are like.
