There are nearly infinite ways to delight your members. There are dozens of paths to promoting your products. There are hundreds of new services you can develop. There are many ways to tell your story. Your opportunities are vast. But your resources are very finite.
The trick then is to select only a few opportunities, things that solve your members problems, that play well to your strengths. Work out ways to test and vet them before you spend too much of your precious resources. And move forward only with the couple that you know you can complete.
An opportunity can never be a success if you can not get it into the hands of your members. Wise organizations understand their constraints and leverage them to bring value into the world.
