Technology is about to turn all this, and more, on it’s ear.
- Self-driving cars may deliver the promise of less pollution, quicker drive times, lowered costs and offer more access to the disabled.
- Sustainable aqua-culture and plant-based meat substitutes can offer protein and nutrient rich foods with far less environmental impact.
- Consumer driven health care enabled by low cost blood tests and increased doctor patent health partnership can provide a well-informed person the tools they need to obtain optimal health.
It used to be that the carless, vegan and integrative health fans were on the fringes. Not so much any more. While consumer acceptance is gaining in all these areas (and more) we’ll be seeing more revolutions driven by technology. The digital revolution will not be the only one.
Are you forecasting, talking about or planning how to make the most of the upcoming changes in technology for your organization? And I wonder, will associations help drive consumer acceptance of these technologies or deter them?
