Your Members Want To Engage, Are You Letting Them?

trying to engageIs there anything more important than returning a member inquiry? Non-response is prevalent in our industry (as well as most other industries) but it means many many lost opportunities.

When you and your staff don’t respond quickly and with thoughtful answers members:

  • Think you don’t care
  • Find another solution
  • Get frustrated
  • Detach and become less engaged
